This technology provides maximum patient comfort through its specific speed, motion, and importantly it's water treatment (the water is nice and warm!), your teeth and gums will love it.
The Dental Hygienist was started in 2018 by Jacinda wanting to create a balance between work and family life. We are proud to be a locally owned and operated Rotorua business.

A long time gum loving, tooth cleaning, floss twirling, Dental Hygienist. Some of you may remember Gaynor from her time at InCity Dental from 2008-2019. Gaynor is very gentle, considerate, gentle, meticulous, and did I mention gentle? She fits in perfectly with our clinical ethos. Welcome Gaynor!
The Dental Hygienist is thrilled to welcome Alexis Tapnio to our team. Alexis is an expert in hunting down sticky plaque and stubborn tartar. She will defeat all hardened calculus and tenacious stains leaving your mouth, gums, and teeth feeling like they've had a spa treatment. You'll leave feeling like you've got a fresh start.
Jacinda Roper
Jacinda is an Oral Health Therapist who has been working in the dental industry since 2006. She started out as a dental assistant before completing a Bachelor of Science in Oral Health from Auckland University of Technology in 2012. Her dual qualified graduate enables her to practice Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy.
Jacinda grew up in Rotorua, attending Lynmore Primary and onto John Paul College. After travelling abroad for several years Rotorua drew her back. She and her husband have strong family roots in Rotorua and are now raising their own family here.
